Beautiful hotel. Luxurious in appearance. Very clean. Staff were all wonderful. I believe Darryl is the owner and a wonderfully kind and thoughtful gentleman he is. He saw my elderly mum wasn’t joining us for dinner and asked if we wanted some food taken to the room for her. The restaurant food was exceptional. The pork sirloin was perfectly cooked and the toppings were delicious. The sticky date pudding presentation was a work of art. I’ve never seen that done that way before. Michael the chef is amazing. The young lady serving us was wonderfully helpful, friendly and patient and the morning concierge friendly, engaging and helpful in suggesting a place for breakfast (they don’t serve breakfast in the restaurant on weekends). It was very quiet at night despite being on the Main Street and a Saturday night. The shower was very roomy.

Check in a breeze, rooms are awesome with comfortable beds, modern facilities, pod coffee, comfy beds and complimentary water. It was the little touches such as high end cousins, great quality pillows and power outlets that had USB charging that I really liked. The restaurant was also excellent! Food was well presented and the cost reasonable. If you stay in a Luxe Suite the Steam Shower is a little piece of indulgence that should not be missed!

Clean, fresh, comfortable. Upmarket and modern facilities. I felt safe. Staff were lovely, super accommodating, understanding and helpful!!! Went highly above what I expected and I really did appreciate the hospitality. I will most definitely return here without a second thought! I would also highly recommend the ellen to anyone staying in Port Pirie. Good water pressure in the shower.

Great location, nice & clean rooms. Very comfortable. This is the first hotel I have seen with a sliding shower door. It works brilliantly (especially for a small bathroom). The restaurant was superb too. Just make sure you book first as there is limited seats.
